One person cannot produce a show and I was remiss in failing to thank quite a few important volunteers. . .

* Wendy Lee and Lori Preijers for taking charge of the decorations, setting up the outside dining area and arranging for Ruby’s Diner.

* Brian Hand for single handedly setting up all the chairs and tables.

The Sock Hop this year looks like even more fun, if that’s possible. Plan to join the Crown Valley crowd on Friday June 18, 5:00-8:00 PM. Please take some time and look through your closets for “gently used” clothing. All items donated will benefit Casa Hogar Belen, an orphanage in Tijuana, Mexico. Casa Hogar Belen currently cares for 77 children. Clothing and shoes for babies up through young adults are welcome! Please do not send clothing with stains, missing buttons, broken zippers, etc. These kids deserve the best! a collection box will be located outside the front office all week.
